2. Your Contract With Us

2.1 When you place an order with us either via the web shop , Email or in Person you have made an offer to purchase goods.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.


2.2 In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available or an error has been made with the item , Description, Image or Price we will inform you of this. You will receive an email to inform you of issue and a suitable alternative will be sent in its place.
If the alternative is not excepted you can return with the returns label provided for a full refund.

2.3 All images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly than that shown. We as a retailer work with a number of manufactures and they may re-brand or update packaging without prior notice. You will not receive related accessories shown with goods unless expressly stated in product description. Some Items may require minimal assembly and although shown assembled you may be required to assemble item.

2.4 We work very hard to make sure all descriptions , colours , items are described exactly as you see them on our website.
However due to you viewing them over a monitor , Phone , Tablet , TV. True colour may be distorted by your settings.

2.5 Every care is taken to insure we are as accurate as possible with our images and descriptions all our information comes direct from the manufactures and is provided to you the customer in good faith.

2.6 This contract and its contents are covered by English Law and your Statutory Rights are not affected.

3 How to place your order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order of products currently being sold on our web shop.
Items can be removed from basket at any time and orders can also be made via our email address or calling the store.
All orders placed over the phone or email will require immediate payment through PayPal . Orders for Paint cannot be purchased over the phone and you will be required to visit store for this.

3.2 When purchasing goods buyer is made fully aware of cost , and delivery and buyer is responsible for checking accuracy of order before purchase.

3.3 The buyer assumes responsibility that the products purchased are suitable for the needs for which they are being purchased.

3.4 Free delivery is available for all orders 2.5kg and under UK ONLY. Express delivery and Next Day are available for an extra charge and this option can be chosen at checkout.

3.5 We use a secure encrypted payment facility for all of our orders via PayPal or Barclays Merchant . We accept all major debit and credit cards on line and goods can be purchased in store using cash or trade account.

3.6 All prices on our website are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of V.A.T at the current rate. Invoices will not show V.A.T separately unless asked for at time of ordering. You can do this via our online web contact.

3.7 Once your order is confirmed and dispatched changes will not be possible. You may incur additional charges.

3.8 Once your order and payment are complete we will notify you of dispatch and if you have chosen Express Delivery or Tracked we will give you a tracking number.

4. Delivery & Carriage Charges

4.1 Goods will dispatched by our dispatch department within 24 hours of cleared payment. Unless you have paid for Next Day Delivery or Express Delivery all delivery dates are an estimate and we do ask that you give us seven working days from date of cleared payment before contacting us regarding your order. All queries regarding delivery before the end of the seven day period will be referred back to point 4.1 of our term & conditions.

4.2 We will aim to deliver goods within three days of dispatch. Deliveries made be delayed in accordance with point 4.

4.3 Your order may be dispatched as more than one parcel.

4.4 We currently deliver to the UK , Republic of Ireland , Wales And the Scottish Mainland as well as the Highlands/Islands. We deliver to the Isle of White and Isle of Man but do not currently deliver to the Jersey Isle ,

4.5 Your order will be delivered to your chosen delivery address and cannot be changed once dispatched. Please make sure a responsible adult over the age of eighteen is present at time of delivery. All our deliveries are through Royal Mail unless otherwise stated and deliveries will be made from 6.30am to 9.30pm. Monday -Friday and Daytime Hours On Saturday.
We will not except liability for goods being left unattended as instructed by you the customer and cannot except responsibility if you have failed to make sure a responsible adult is present for delivery.

4.6 Your are responsible for the safe disposal of all packing related to the order.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Please retain your invoice and delivery note for proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a product to us in an unopened unused state please you the returns form
returns_form.pdf and send back with the item you wish to return.
5.2. Please send items back by recorded or tracked delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not arrive.
5.3 If you change your mind within the 30 day period you can return your item (s) at your cost.
5.4 If the item (s) are faulty , Wrong Item Sent, Or you believe we are at fault please contact us to discuss options.
5.5 Once we have received item and checked for damage/use we will refund the whole amount (Excluding postage and packaging unless we have agreed to refund this cost to you.)

6. Faulty Incorrect or Damaged Items

6.1 Although very rare sometimes items can be faulty or damaged upon arrival.
6.2 Please follow the returns procedure above and send package back fully traceable.
6.3 Upon receipt of faulty items and if a fault is discovered and verified we will refund the full value of goods and postage costs relating to order.
6.4 If no fault can be found via ourselves or the manufacturer you will receive only a refund of item not postage.

7. Guarantees

7.1 We offer a large range of items which hold a manufactures guarantee.
7.2 All guarantee’s are held by the manufactures and you should contact them should a fault arise with your purchase within the guarantee period.
7.3 We (Homeflairdiyltd) are not responsible or can be held responsible for failure of manufacture to comply with warranty or guarantee requests.

8. Events Outside Of Our Control

8.1 Although we will always strive to meet our customers expectation we cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control and will not be held liable for actions such as industrial, fire, flood, transportation, postal strikes, natural disasters or acts of war or terrorism.
8.2 If such an event should occur we will inform you of your options and ask depending on the severity of the event that we are allowed time to bring matters to a resolve.
